RX Private Office
RX Private Office works alongside founders, shareholders and families, developing a close understanding of their priorities and the circumstances around them. It is built around the individual rather than a predetermined catalogue of services.
Around the individual
No two principals, families or situations are the same. The role of the Private Office therefore begins with understanding what matters: immediate priorities, longer-term objectives, the people involved and the wider personal and commercial context. From there, RX can bring together its own experience and relationships with specialist external expertise where it is relevant. The objective determines the approach, rather than the other way around.
Part of RX
RX Private Office draws on the wider relationships and experience of RX Partners. Those relationships span business, investment, entrepreneurship and institutions internationally, allowing different combinations of people, expertise and perspective to be brought around an objective when appropriate. RX does not seek to replicate every specialist capability internally. Where particular expertise is required, we work with those best placed to provide it. This allows the Private Office to remain focused on the principal and the objective rather than on maintaining a catalogue of services.

Long-term perspective
The most useful relationships are rarely transactional. Understanding develops over time: priorities change, businesses evolve, families develop and circumstances move. RX Private Office is structured around that longer-term perspective.
