Ross Hatcher

Ross Hatcher is the Founder and Chairman of RX Partners. He founded RX following a career spanning structured products, alternative assets, corporate finance and technology, with experience across both institutional markets and emerging business models. Prior to founding RX Partners, Ross was a Director at MINT in London, part of BGC Partners, working within Structured Products and Alternative Assets. His work focused on asset-backed securities and European technology investment portfolios. Ross joined MINT in 2015 following his role as Vice President of ECO Capacity Exchange, part of RECIPCO Holdings, a platform developed around the exchange of illiquid asset-backed forms of credit between global institutions. He remains an adviser to the business. Earlier in his career, Ross worked at Novus Capital Markets in corporate finance, with a particular focus on technology and renewable-energy investments. He began his professional career at Ferrari. The breadth of that experience — across institutions, investment, technology and entrepreneurial businesses — informed the development of RX Partners and its relationship-led approach.
