Paul O’Dea

Paul O’Dea is CEO and Partner of RX Partners and a founder and partner of RX Private Office. He brings more than 25 years of experience across business and finance, working with founders, families, institutions and private clients internationally. Paul’s work has developed across a broad range of interests, with particular experience around sport, media and entertainment, luxury, health and wellbeing, and philanthropy. He has worked extensively with ultra-high-net-worth families across Europe and the Middle East, often where commercial, personal and philanthropic priorities intersect. Throughout his career, Paul has worked alongside principals and families on complex long-term objectives, including private-office structures, governance, succession and major philanthropic initiatives. A significant part of his work has involved understanding priorities across different generations and interests, bringing together the appropriate relationships and expertise, and creating sufficient structure around complex objectives for them to progress effectively. At RX, Paul works across the firm’s relationships and activities, with a particular focus on the development of long-term principal and strategic relationships.
