Carrie Harding

Carrie Harding brings substantial experience in family office leadership, finance, governance and succession.

She was previously CFO of Weybourne, Sir James Dyson’s family office, where her responsibilities included a multi-billion-pound portfolio and a number of Weybourne-related entities. Her responsibilities also included senior accounting, compliance and anti-money-laundering oversight within the group.

Before joining Weybourne, Carrie spent nine years as CFO of Exploration Capital, a single-family office with interests including agricultural and development land in Latin America. During this period she was also CFO of high-performance engineering business Gilo Industries.

Carrie qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young. Her work has included a particular interest in family governance, reputation, succession and the development of structures capable of supporting families and businesses across generations.

She subsequently established Panthera, through which she works with families on family-office establishment, governance and related strategic matters.
