Prior to founding RxPartners Ross was a Director at MINT (NASDAQ:BGCP) London in the Structured Products and Alternative Assets business focusing on asset-backed securities and Eurocentric technology investment portfolios. Ross joined MINT in 2015 having served prior as the Vice President of ECO Capacity Exchange (RECIPCO Holdings) a revolutionary platform for global institutions to trade illiquid asset-backed forms of new credit, he remains an advisor and shareholder. Ross worked for Novus Capital Markets (2011-13) in corporate finance focusing predominantly in the technology and renewables investment landscape. Ross started his professional career at Ferrari (NYSE:RACE).

Martin Hatcher founded and acted as both
CEO and Chairman of MTV Telecom PLC between 1989 and 2008 at which point it was
acquired by ImagoScansource. Prior to this Martin founded Thames Valley
Communication (1980-87) which was acquired by Grenada PLC. A renowned
entrepreneur and investor with a particular skillset of identifying global
opportunities most notably in the Telecoms sector. Having built and developed
innovative tech led solutions Martin now sits as Non-Executive Chairman of
RxPartners Ltd, providing astute business acumen with a common-sense approach
to global business development.
Steve Jillings
Partner
Steve Jillings brings more than 30 years of business-building experience to bear, specifically in the areas of sales, marketing, technology and corporate finance. Most recently as CEO at TeleSign, Steve raised $79MM in growth capital and lead TeleSign to become the #1 Company in the Two Factor Authentication and Digital Identity category. As a 12 person start-up, TeleSign rapidly grew to 300 employees and more than $100MM in profitable recurring revenue, exceeding top line revenue targets by 105% - 125% and bottom line targets by 150% - 400% each year. TeleSign was acquired by BICS in a transaction valued in excess of $335MM.
Steve was also chairman and CEO of Vantage Media, an online digital marketing firm, where he and his investment partners raised $80MM to acquire the company. Vantage grew into a successful performance-based online marketer with revenue in excess of $120MM. Steve was able to successfully guide Vantage through the 2008 Global Financial Crisis and grow beyond that. Vantage was eventually acquired by MediaAlpha.
As president and CEO of FrontBridge Technologies, Steve took the company from a startup to a global leader in SaaS email security services. Raising a modest $28MM of funding, the team built a broad portfolio of services combined with the largest global distribution footprint in the category. This lead to the successful sale of FrontBridge to Microsoft in August 2005 for more than $200MM.
Prior to FrontBridge Technologies, Steve was a co-founder and executive vice president of Voyus, a recurring revenue IT services company based in Vancouver, Canada. Voyus was a start-up that grew to more than 200 people across multiple locations and was eventually taken public in Canada.

Lapo Edovard Elkann is Chairman and Founder of Italia Independent Group and of Garage Italia. Born in New York in 1977, after studying in France and England and gaining experience as assistant to Henry Kissinger, Lapo emerged as Worldwide Brand Promotion Director for Fiat Group where he successfully carried out several projects in below-the-line marketing and participated in the relaunch of the Fiat 500. In 2007, he undertook the entrepreneurial path founding a lifestyle brand "Italia Independent", a creative factory "Independent Ideas", and the Holding "Italia Independent Group", which was listed on the Italian Stock Exchange in June 2013. In March 2015 he founded Garage Italia, a customization service for the motion industry. In July 2013, he was inducted in the Automotive Hall of Fame, the American institution dedicated to preserving and celebrating outstanding automotive achievement. Lapo is a member of the Board of Directors of Ferrari. He sits on the Board of Directors of Pinacoteca Gianni and Marella Agnelli and of Good Films.

Diego Biasi

Diego is Co-Founder & CEO of Quercus Investment Partners Limited. He has worked in investment banking and finance for more than 17 years and has been involved in the renewable energy sector since 2009. Diego has extensive experience in cross-border financing, having worked with corporate, municipal and government linked institutions across Europe. Prior to founding Quercus, Diego established a successful consultancy business and was Managing Director for Commerzbank and IMI bank in London. He started his career at Caboto Securities, the British investment banking arm of Banca Intesa. At Quercus, Diego has driven the company’s asset strategy overseeing the successful launch of two compartments and the building of a large renewable energy portfolio which consists of utility scale plants in Italy, the UK and Central Eastern Europe. During 2016 Diego also led the successful launch of three funds, with a fundraising target of €500 million. These latest funds achieved a first close of €150 million in December 2016. Having formed ForVEI, a successful renewable energy Private Equity joint venture in 2011, Diego led the disposal of the Quercus stake in the JV having built one of the largest PV portfolios in the Italian market. In April 2016, Quercus announced its first major strategic acquisition through the consolidation of Antin Solar Investments (ASI), one of the largest Italian operators in terms of solar power generation in Italy. The acquisition was executed in partnership with Swiss Life Asset Managers. Diego also led the largest bond issue in the Italian renewables sector in 2016. The issue amounted to approximately €125 million which was more than three times oversubscribed. In 2012, Diego successfully formed a joint venture with government owned UKGIB (UK Green Investment Bank) for the construction of the first biogas plant in partnership with the UK government and the first commercial-scale anaerobic digestion and composting facility in the capital. Diego holds a degree in Economics from Ca‘ Foscari University of Venice, where he regularly returns to deliver lectures in financial markets economics.

Raed Safadi is the Chief Economic Adviser at Dubai’s Department of Economic Development where he leads a team of experts entrusted with the implementation of Dubai’s Strategic Plan 2021, and promoting the diversification and sustainable growth of Dubai and its transformation into a knowledge-based economy.
Dr. Raed is a leading expert on development economics and finance and has extensive experience advising governments on economic policy and management. He has published an extensive array of books and articles covering such areas as economic development, regional trading arrangements and the world trading system, tariffs and non-tariff barriers, special and differential treatment, trade and environment, services trade, and global value chains. His most recent publication “Inclusive Global Value Chains” focuses on making GVCs more inclusive by overcoming participation constraints for SMEs and facilitating access for low income developing countries. Dr. Raed has previously worked for the OECD, the World Bank, ESCWA and as a consultant and adviser for numerous governments, regional development banks and UN agencies.
Matteo Manfredi

Matteo started his career with PWC advising FIG clients on restructuring and deleveraging. He then moved on to Barclays Capital covering the Southern European Market. Post Barclays Capital Matteo joined Lloyds Banking Group advising the Executive Team on distressed transactions.
After 10 years in the banking sector, Matteo founded Gestio Capital to focus on private equity and real estate opportunities in Southern Europe.
Further to being an Advisor to Rx Partners, Matteo is also an Advisor to TLG Capital, a leading private equity firm focusing on frontier markets.
Nick Roe

Nick is a financial services business leader and innovator. Nick holds various positions at board level and advisory board level and previously worked for large global investment banks where he operated at product owner and Investment Banking executive management levels.
Latterly at Citigroup where he was the EMEA Head of Investor Services and Direct Clearance & Custody Services responsible for services and personnel across 13 countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Previously at Citigroup, Nick had created and managed responsibility for the Global Prime Finance, Delta One & Futures/OTC divisions and was Chairman of Citigroup Investment Deutschland KAG (2006-09), Nick joined Citi in October 2005. Prior to Citigroup, Nick had been Global Head of Prime Finance at Deutsche Bank AG from 1998, having previously been a partner in the creation of the Prime Brokerage business in Europe and Global Head of Sales.
Nick worked for 12 years at Morgan Stanley where he was heavily involved in the formation of the Equity Synthetic Derivative group in 1992 and the development of the International Prime Brokerage platform from 1994.Nick has previously served on many leading industry advisory boards including AIMA, ATP Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension (the state pension fund of Denmark), and was Chairman of Citigroup Investment Deutschland KAG (2006-2009). In 2010 Nick was indoctrinated into Global Custodian’s ‘Hall of Legends’.

identification, development and financing of emerging growth companies. He has
over thirty years’ experience as the Founder and CEO to a range of start-up
ventures and is the visionary behind industry innovators in RFID technology,
eCommerce, Fintech and Online Travel. Mr. Fierro began his career as a business strategy and
planning consultant for leading global companies including Kraft General Foods,
H.J. Heinz, Nabisco, Nestle and Campbell Soup and Apple. Mr. Fierro was a
long-standing active member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization and served
as both the President of the Vancouver Chapter and a member of its Board of
Directors.
Vlad Gorbuntsov

Vlad is currently the producer of feature film Aquatilis, a three-year expedition around the globe, focusing on gelatinous plankton. He read economics at LSE and Moscow State University. His wide vision and natural ability to resolve complex financial structuring task ensured a quick progression through a number of banks and financial institutions across several countries with an emphasis on credit and the structuring of complex M&A transactions. In 2014 Vlad turned his hand to a number of passion projects and collaborations with his own Family Office. He has subsequently held management roles in a number of investments, encompassing full corporate re-structuring, development and investment in sectors such as sports management, automotive, banking and asset management.
